My name is Shu Chen Li. I am a digital illustrator based in Vancouver, Canada.
I was born in China and immigrated to Canada at 12. Here, I studied biochemistry in the University of British Columbia and, later, communication design and illustration in the IDEA program at Capilano University. I believe that a successful illustration embodies both captivating concepts and beautiful craftsmanship, and I strive to produce work that excels in both of these aspects. Having a multicultural background, I also hope that my art can bridge the Eastern and Western aesthetics.
